DAX futures point to a lower opening this morning
Yesterday the DAX was once again unable to set a higher daily close. The index ended the day just 3 points lower, at 17,932. This slightly lower close marked the third such in a row and continued to endorse the negative outside day reversal from record highs it set last week. The relapse in the US stock markets into the close helped to push the DAX futures lower last night and that has been extended since then. So, right now the DAX is set to open lower this morning, as the US futures remain in the red. The current indication on that opening is at around 17,915
