DAX fails to impress much on the opening
The DAX has just reopened. Yesterday the index fell back from a session high at 18,495 and fell to a low at 18,349. The index later closed 64 points (-0.35%) lower, at 18,357. It has just opened not much above that closing level after a futures session that covered an implied reopening between 18,315 and 18,395 and a lack of discernible traction heading into the opening. The failure to hold a close above 18,452 yesterday was not exactly positive, but it remains to be seen, if the index can rebound above that level again today. The DAX is currently trading a little lower at 18,352
