DAX extends rebound gains in early trading
The European stock markets are generally higher this morning. That is with the exception of the FTSE 100 though. Irrespective of that, the DAX and the CAC have advanced further on their higher opening today and now the CAC is rising further above the 8k handle and the DAX is pushing past 18,060. The DAX officially reopened today at 17,937 after closing on Friday at 17,930. The move higher looks corrective at this stage though, but that is not to say it cannot make further progress today, before any further selling re-emerges. The index is currently trading at 18,067
