DAX extending gains towards 20,400
As the European session heads into its third hour of live trading the DAX has made further progress and lifted above 20,375 and towards 20,400. The high point seen yesterday was set at 20,359 and so as you can see, it has now surpassed that previous high. The move higher in the DAX comes as the FTSE 100 stalls around 8,300. However, at the same time the CAC 40 is also now advancing back above 7,500 and the US futures are a little higher. The DAX is just now trading around 20,385
