DAX edging lower in early trading
The European stock markets are now open for live trading and it has been a higher start for the major indexes. However, that is now dissipating in the first 10 minutes of live action. The DAX reopened close to 23,200 this morning, but it has since fallen back below 23,100 and dropping towards 20,050 as this update is typed. The FTSE 100 and the CAC 40 are losing traction right now too, as all the US futures fall further into the red. The DAX is currently trading at 23,055 and we should expect more volatility and sporadic price action again today
