DAX below 24k once more as earlier session gains dissipate and month-end looms
For the past couple of hours the DAX has been flirting with levels below 24k. As already mentioned, earlier today the index set a high at 24,120. Well, the low since that high has been set at 23,965. It is trying to bottom out now, but seems to be facing a degree of selling pressure. The obvious explanation for that would lie with the month-end due later this afternoon. Perhaps we should also remember just what an amazing run this index has also enjoyed over the first 6 months of this year. The DAX is right now at 23,980
