Following on from the previous update, noting the opening losses in the tech sector and the Nasdaq 100, the Dow Jones is making a clear distinction in very early trading. The index did understandably open lower today, kicking off at 44,148. The Dow had closed on Friday at 44,424. The high seen so far has been set at 44,368. So, as you can see, the Dow Jones is not that much in the red and just like the FTSE 100 in Europe, it seems to be garnering some traction, as of course the likes of NVIDIA and BroadComm are not in its make-up. That said, the Dow Jones is yet to make its back into positive territory. The index is right now trading at 44,280
