CAC 40 struggling on the opening

As noted earlier, yesterday the CAC 40 was once again the worst performing major European stock market index. It closed 0.77% lower, at 7,570, with a loss of 58 points on the day. The continued use of rallies for investors to sell into CAC 40 rallies seemed to be intact too. The index had earlier reached a high at 7,626. It has just now reopened and it is a little higher in early trading and it seems to be gaining some traction from a higher opening in the DAX. However, it remains to be seen if the gains there will continue to push the CAC 40 higher and lift it back above 7,600 and towards the highs seen yesterday. The CAC 40 is currently trading at 7,587
