CAC 40 struggling in the first hour of live trade

The CAC 40 has clearly been lagging the record run seen over the past few days in the DAX. The CAC 40 has so far not threatened the record it set last May, at 8,259. The index reached 8,214 on Friday and since then it has not been able to top that high.
