CAC 40 set to reopen above 7,700 this morning- can it rise further?

Yesterday the CAC closed lower, as noted here earlier this morning. The index handed back 0.58% on the session. The index closed 44 points lower, at 7,662 after recovering from an earlier session low at 7,617. That close was not far off the best levels of the day too (7,671) and this morning the CAC futures are higher. It is unclear at this stage, whether it is the CAC or the DAX that are leading the European futures higher this morning. Whichever, one that is, the CAC 40 is currently priced to reopen above 7,700 and above the close on Monday, at 7,706. That outlook might change in the next 20 minutes before live trading resumes, but if not the next level on the radar above 7,700 remains that potential corrective target level at 7,768, which has proved so elusive for the index for a few days now
