CAC 40 set to open above 7,600 today

Following on from the previous update looking at the opening for the DAX this morning, as noted it was actually the CAC 40 that performed best of all yesterday. The French index led the major European gains and lifted from a session low at 7,494. The index rose to 7,580 and closed at 7,556. The CAC 40 futures are on the rise this morning and right now pricing an opening above 7,600. The continued flipping of the price action either side of 7,500 has continued to a good while now and it remains to be seen, if this likely higher opening will allow the index to clear above 7,700 ahead of the close today. We shall see on that, but right now the immediate outlook is more positive than it was this time yesterday. The CAC 40 is currently priced to open around 7,610
