The European stock market gains seen and noted here earlier are now waning and that is seeing the DAX track back towards 18,600 from earlier highs around 18,650. At the same time the CAC 40 never really joined that move and remained camped below the 7,500 handle, despite the gains in the DAX. The CAC is now tracking back towards where it reopened, at 7,464. The current session low is at 7,262 and it is possible, if that gets taken out the index might fall further. We shall see on that, but in any event the French stock market still remains the most unloved of all that surrounds it
