CAC 40 futures not sure which way to blow this morning

Yesterday all the major European stock markets closed in the red. The CAC 40 led the losses from the start of the session to the close. The index ended 0.69% lower, but managed to avoid a daily close below 7,600, after dropping to a session low at 7,559. The index closed 53 points lower, at 7,609. Overnight the losses in Asia have countered the modestly higher US closes last night and that has kind of stymied any clear direction for the CAC 40 futures so far this morning. Hence, it remains rather uncertain right now, as to which way the CAC will likely lead, when live trading resumes this morning. Perhaps for that reason the CAC 40 is priced to reopen pretty much where it left off yesterday, if not ever so slightly higher
