Yesterday, as noted in an earlier update, the CAC 40 was the worst performing major European index. The CAC fell to a session low at 7,484, but did avoid a daily close below the 7,500 mark. The CAC closed 118 points (-1.56%) lower, at 7,508. The CAC 40 futures were lower a little earlier on, but they are trying to rebound into the opening this morning. However, it remains to be seen, if that rebound has any real legs and even if it does, it will not stop investors once again selling into the rallies. What is clear from the price action so far this week; is that the relief rally after the weekend French election results was pretty short-lived. The CAC 40 is currently priced to reopen at around 7,525
