CAC 40 futures deeply in the red this morning
Yesterday the CAC 40 suffered a relapse and that was helped by the slide later in the day across the border in the DAX. The CAC fell back from a session high at 7,601 and later closed 80 points lower, at 7,521. Ok, so it held that 7,500 again, but it is not going to do that on the opening this morning. The CAC futures are by some margin the worst performing amongst its peers ahead of the opening today. Regular readers here will note the lack of love for this index here and that has not changed. The slide stateside into the close for the US markets is not helping the opening outlook for the CAC 40 this morning. Of course it can bounce, but then again it might not, given the current indicative opening outlook right now. The CAC 40 futures are right now pricing that opening at around 7,420
