CAC 40 edges back above Friday high but will it gain further?
The rebound in the CAC 40 since the opening today has now taken the index above the highs it reached on Friday, at 7,673. The price action has now seen the index edge towards a resistance level that was highlighted here earlier today and that is at 7,691.The CAC has risen close to the high seen last Thursday, at 7,682. The high this morning is at 7,681 so far and so it remains to be seen, if it can get above that 7,691 level and then if if can, whether or not it might reach another point of potential resistance, noted here previously, at 7,768. The CAC 40 is currently backing off a bit, just now trading at 7,665
