A busy week ahead for US data- Dollar index (USDX) Part 1
The new month gets underway this week with a pretty heavy US economic release schedule. Today we have the important ISM manufacturing index out at 3pm GMT and later in the week the focus shifts to US jobs, with the latest JOLTS numbers tomorrow (3pm GMT), ADP payroll report on Wednesday (1.15pm GMT) and monthly jobs report on Friday (1.30pm GMT). In between that lot, on Wednesday we also have the ISM service sector index (3pm GMT). So, the dollar is most definitely in focus this week. So, with that in mind we are going to have a look at the Dollar index (USDX) in this and the following update, so please read on
