BTC holds onto 98k so far today
Late yesterday evening Bitcoin reached its best levels of the week just ahead of the wider US markets close. BTC reached 98,754. It has backed away from that somewhat since, but so far it has remained above that 98k level. The low seen earlier this morning was set at 98,107. That means it has held above the 100 day moving average, in place now at 97,878, but at the same time it has remained south of the 50 day moving average, in place this morning at 99,052. That price point remains the next potential resistance level of note, as indeed it was yesterday. Bitcoin is currently trading at 98,420
