Brent steps back below $66 as OPEC monthly report looms
At some point this morning OPEC will release their usual monthly market report. As to when that will be released is not known here. Ahead of this and any impact it might have, oil prices have stepped back from the earlier session highs. That saw Brent for July delivery reach its best level of the week, at $66.81 yesterday and earlier today it topped out at $66.59. The price has now fallen below the $66 handle a short while ago. In fact it is close to session lows right now. Brent for July delivery is currently trading at $65.87
