Brent spikes higher on Russian news
The price of November Brent crude has just now spiked higher following some breaking news headlines. According to main financial news wire reports Russia is to ban the export of Diesel and Gasoline from September 21. The news has not been lost at all on the oil markets, but then again, if confirmed, that is exactly what the measure was designed to do- increase oil prices. Now earlier the price of Brent had fallen to as low as $92.20. It just now spiked to above $93.50, but it was already on the rebound beforehand anyway. November Brent is just now trading at $93.30
