Brent reclaims $83 once more and hits session high above $83.30
Cast an eye over to the oil pits and you will see that both Brent and WTI are close to session highs right now. Brent for August delivery has reclaimed the $83 per barrel handle and lifted just above $83.25. It has settled $0.13 lower on the NYMEX exchange on Friday, at $82.62 and earlier today fallen back close to $82. However, since that level capped the downside run it has helped to underpin the rebound that has taken place since. Brent has just reached a new session high as this update is typed, rising just above $83.30
