Brent rebound continues as it reclaims $77 per barrel

Oil prices are still on the rise this afternoon. On Friday the price of Brent crude for March delivery extended its gains close to $76.75 and later settled $0.58 higher on the NYMEX exchange, at $76.51. Today Brent has now lifted above $77 per barrel for the first time in 2 months. The high seen so far has been set at $77.45. The further break above its 200 day moving average today has seemingly garnered more traction. That 200 day moving average is in place right now at $76.62. The low seen much earlier today was set at $76.08. The further gains in oil prices today seem to get a boost from a rebound in Nat Gas prices since the close on Friday. Brent for March delivery is right now at $77.36
