Brent crude slides below $79 on talk of ceasefire in Gaza
Not long ago the US equity markets charged higher again and the dollar fell to fresh session lows on talk of a potential ceasefire in Gaza. However, the sharpest reaction to this news has come in oil prices.. Brent crude for April delivery melted to below $79 per barrel as this news circulated. It has not rebounded yet either, but to course it might, if this news does not get realised. The Price of Brent crude hit a session low at $78.65 and it is currently trading at $78.93
