Bitcoin treading water so far today but for how much longer?

Yesterday afternoon Bitcoin rebounded from a low at 94,810. The move higher took it back close to 97,500, but that rebound did not last for very long. By the time of the wider European close BTC had slumped to just below 94,500- a new low on the day. However, it has steadied since then and risen back above 96k this morning. The range seen so far today has been covered by 95,145 to 96,305. The 21 day moving average noted yesterday is still rising and in place right now at 94,295 and as you can see, it is still guarding the downside, as indeed it has since November 6. Coincidentally that is of course just after the result of the US Presidential election. On the topside we have a series of lower highs though, from the record at 99,728. That has been followed by 3 consecutive failures above 98k, at  98,943, 98,715 and 98,172. So, a push above the lowest of those might invigorate the topside with more traction. Bitcoin is just now falling back again, currently trading at  95,580
