Bitcoin still struggling to vault 58,500
Yesterday evening Bitcoin jumped to its best levels of the day later in the US session. The lead coin rose to set a high at 58,532. So, far today it has not managed to vault that level. It topped out earlier in the Asian session at 58,413 and has since fallen back to set a session low at 57,797. That high yesterday was also not much beyond the high seen on Wednesday and it seems that for the time being levels around 58,500 appear to be something of a watershed for BTC. The price action once again remains camped below its still falling 50 and 100 day moving averages. Those are in place right now at 60,037 and 61,750 respectively. Bitcoin is currently trading at 57,895
