Bitcoin slides and rebounds on SEC news
In the past few minutes Bitcoin took a hit on some fresh SEC related headlines. According to that news, the US SEC might further delay the granting of an ETF licence for Bitcoin. This news sent BTC tumbling to a low at 45,570 in a heartbeat. It has rebounded off that low as such news is not confirmed and at this stage merely represents conjecture. However, I did warn about all this earlier today, when noting that at some stage this ETF speculation might become priced in. We shall just have to see what further headings break from here on, but it will be those SEC related headlines that dictate the moves that will unfold from here on. Bitcoin is currently trading at 46,520
