Bitcoin runs out of steam in weekend trading
On Friday morning Bitcoin briefly topped the 43k handle, but it could not hold that level and slipped back. An attempt to rebound on Saturday, saw it briefly top 42,500, but once again it dropped back into Sunday and despite a brief further rally last night it fell back further earlier today, dropping below 41k this morning. The low seen was set at 40,778, but it has rebounded since then. The problem is, it is still not making any progress overall. That has not been helped by it falling below its 21 day moving average (right now in place at 41,565). All the while it remains below there, it at risk of a test of that 40k level at some point. Bitcoin is currently trading at 41,151
