Bitcoin reaches a new milestone with a new record above 106k
Back on December 5 Bitcoin topped out close to 104k, peaking around 103,720 that day. Well the price action over the weekend saw it move close to that record. The high seen ahead of the wider Asian market opening on Sunday evening was set at 103,385. The price action just ahead of the European opening this morning has seen BTC lift above the previous all time high and rise above 106k. The high seen so far has been set at 106,493. It has backed away from the high right now, but as you can see it is once again into uncharted territory, currently trading at 105,020
