Bitcoin holds above 100k in Asian trading
Bitcoin held its move above 100k yesterday all the way into the wider US close. However, it was not quite able to further beyond 102k. Earlier today it did rise to a new high on the week, at 102,733. It has backed away from that high now though. The low seen so far this morning has been set at 101,568. The prospect of more upside is clearly on the table, but BTC still has some way to go in order to punch above the record highs seen last month, above 108k. BTC is currently trading at 101,840
