Bitcoin finally catches a bid

Bitcoin has jumped today. The lead cryptocurrency came under pressure again in weekend trading at that saw it fall back to just below 84k yesterday afternoon, basing then at around 83,980. It was already on the move when the Asian markets reopened last night and it has surged since then. The high seen so far has been set at 87,697 and that means it has gotten close to the 200 day moving average. That is still rising and in place right now at 88,225. As you are surely aware, this price point has been capping any upside moves since the very beginning of the month. Well, it is sure back on the radar this morning. The weaker dollar and search for anything that detracts from that has clearly ignited fresh interest in moving back into crypto this morning. BTC is right now at 87,515
