Bitcoin falls further ahead of the European opening

The drop below the 50 day moving average in Bitcoin yesterday afternoon (then at 97,560) was later extended into the wider US close. That saw BTC hit a low around then at 96,140. Earlier today it tried to rebound, but so far that has stalled at 97,250 and since then it has fallen to set a fresh low on the week a short while ago, at 95,324. Meantime, that 50 day moving average is still rising and in place right now at 97,605. So, that is the topside level of immediate interest again this morning, but right now it is the downside that seems to be more in focus. The longer term daily chart does not look immediately supportive either and BTC really needs to recover above 97,605 with some gusto if that is to change. So, the failure above 100k again this week is surely a concern? Bitcoin is currently trading at 95,335
