Bitcoin clipped back below 65k today
The weekend price action in Bitcoin saw it fail to drive home and endorse the gains seen on Friday. The price action on Saturday and Sunday was sideways and seemed to struggle to hold levels above 66k. BTC had lifted to 66,480 on Friday afternoon. The failure to make progress over the weekend has delivered an abrupt move lower today. Earlier BTC dropped sharply to set a low at 64,198. Looking at the chart, it seems to be trying to base out now though. The fall today has taken it back towards its 200 day moving average, but so far that has not been put to the test. It is currently in place at 63,657. Bitcoin is currently trading at 64,515
