AUD/USD falls below 0.6400
Yesterday the AUD/USD rose to as high as 0.6511. That rise came ahead of the Fed monetary policy decision and it did not last. The AUD/USD fell back once the markets latched onto the change in the Fed Dot Plot plan and it has not recovered since. In fact, the AUD/USD has just now traded below 0.6400. It had closed in the US last night at 0.6448. The low seen so far has just been set at 0.6398. The move lower comes amid wider dollar strength and it has also busted below a short term uptrend line stemming from its most recent lows, at around 0.6360. The AUD/USD is just now trading at 0.6399
