Another record close for the Nasdaq 100

Yesterday there was a lot of chopping and changing across all the US stock markets following the benign US PPI report. The Nasdaq 100 did fall back for most of the early session though and that saw it fall from and opening high at 19,639, to a low at 19,473, just after the European close. However, a later session rally kicked in from there and the index lifted back above 19,600 and later closed 111 points higher, at 19,576. So, another record close for the index last night.
